We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Free Shipping

All orders with a total value of 1999 EGP or more qualify for free shipping, regardless of location.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or official public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an update with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order is confirmed, it is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery. From that point onward, delivery timelines, holidays, and scheduling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Maison Azmiey is not liable for delays caused by the carrier's schedule, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events.

Payment Methods

We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment options at checkout. You can choose your preferred payment method when placing your order. If you select Cash on Delivery, please ensure the full amount is available upon delivery to help us complete your order smoothly.
